  • Welcome to 157 High Hammock Villa, a beautiful, bright first-floor villa on a highly sought-after street. Located near the Ocean Winds Golf Course and just a short, half-mile stroll to the beach, this property is new to our rental program and has been completely renovated throughout. With amenity cards included in your stay, guests have full access to the Seabrook Island Beach Club, club dining, golf courses, and tennis facilities (additional fees apply for specific activities, except outdoor pool usage).

    The living room offers plush seating, a large screen TV, and easy access to the private ground-floor patio. The dining area features a table with seating for four, while the updated kitchen breakfast bar provides additional counter seating for two. The beautiful kitchen boasts granite countertops and comes well stocked for all your cooking, baking, and serving needs.

    The master bedroom features a plush king bed, a television, a closet, and a private en-suite bathroom equipped with a granite-topped vanity and a walk-in shower.

    The guest bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a television, and quick access to the full guest bathroom with a shower in the hallway. This bedroom also includes large sliding doors that open directly out to the patio.

    A stackable washer and dryer is located right off the entry hall for your convenience, alongside an iron and ironing board. With its strong Wi-Fi and central yet incredibly peaceful location, this villa is bound to be a guest favorite.

    • BEACH: 0.5 miles away. At least 2 beach chairs are provided at the property for guest use.
    • CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with your rental at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). This offers access to the oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
    • POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the digital amenity card. The outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is also included.
    • PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes.
    • LSV GOLF CARTS: No LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are permitted at this villa complex.
    • CHILDREN: Children welcome.
    • PET POLICY: No pets allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
    • LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
    • PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000483.
    • ADDITIONAL INFO: A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily rate of $16 per person.

    • LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

    • WASHER & DRYER: A stackable washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

    • COFFEE MAKER: A standard 12-cup glass coffee pot is on site for guest use. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.

    • AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is unable to accept information over the phone.

    • ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a strict limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers may be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. Please note that LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are strictly prohibited at this villa complex.

    • CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self-check-in process. Guests will directly check in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.

    • CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

    • CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We are one of the only companies that washes the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

    • THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

    • IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

    • POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

    • CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

    • PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at High Hammock. The outside grounds were clean and inviting. Our first floor location was very convenient. The inside of the condo was freshly painted, the furniture was comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. The kitchen was well organized, stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and a good variety of small appliances. I loved how we still had space in the kitchen to place our groceries and personal items. The bedrooms had available closet space and empty drawers for unpacking. The back bathroom was very nice and spacious. We would love to vacation here again.

The master bathroom shower did not work. The sliding glass doors did not work well. There was no toaster in the kitchen. On the positive side, the condo was clean and in a great location.
