Family vacation with pets

Everything was as described with no issues. The beds in the guest room are very firm, so you may want to bring a mattress topper if that's not your preference.

Amazing location!

My husband and I visited Seabrook to attend a wedding. There could not have been a better location than this! Everything was right out the front door. Highly recommend if you plan to use the club house, golf course or beach club.

Great stay!

Loved the location. It’s close to the beach and the pool. Perfect for our family with two small children. Seabrook is a great place to come with all off its amenities.

Amazing location!

This villa is in the perfect location and fit our family perfectly. It’s very well equipped and has a large refrigerator! We had a great visit.

Great View and Super Nice

My first stay at Seabrook but it will not be the last. This place was super nice and the views are wonderful. Great place for a vacation and directly next to the pool and ocean.

Atrium Villa Vacation

Our stay at 2944 Atrium Villa was great. The property was clean and nicely appointed. It was rainy on and off, the villa had lots of games to keep everyone busy. The location directly across from the Beach Club was a plus.

Excellent Place

The location is fantastic, so close to beach and pool. Perfect for a family of 4. I highly suggest renting bikes while staying on the island. Check in process was seamless. Nancy and her team are fantastic to work with.

Fall break

The property was perfect! We enjoyed a beautiful sunset every night from the spacious porch Wish we’d known the amenities weren’t going to be available during our stay I recommend communicating that upon guest arrival so they plan accordingly

Great getaway

Stayed here for a wedding. Golf was great and very easy to get to from property. Property has plenty of space for family and very well laid out. Definitely plan to bring your own essentials as any Vrbo. Off season doesn’t have as much to do and would make sure you get the details on the amenity card too and whether your fee is included in the rental as many places don’t take anything but the amenity card. The island itself is very limiting on what you can and can’t do as a member as well. Otherwise, a great spot and would certainly come back to visit with family/friends for longer than an extended weekend.

Cute place for a small group

Clean property, tasteful decorations. Did not have a working coffee pot when we woke up the first morning, but housekeeping remedied that problem within a reasonable time frame. Is convenient to the pool and ocean access. We don’t love staying in condos due to having to lug all of your stuff up stairs or on elevators, but it was fine and not terribly inconvenient. The place is small, mostly the kitchen. Do not try to have two people in there at one time. You can’t. There were also a lack of silverware and zero pans for the oven so we had to get creative when cooking something that required some oven time. Over all it was a nice place that was just missing some essentials.
