Property itself is quite good but finish work like paper curtains need to be replaced with standard curtains so we could look outside.

Best location we have had on Kiawah

Excellent combination of property and location. Four adults were comfortable in this "river cabin". This unit was updated very well and has a very efficient floorplan -- much better than the original models. This unit has it all: great river/marsh views, comfortable outdoor areas (in the shade), a smart redesign, convenient access to beach, the pool and the dock. Plus you can park your car underneath out of the weather. No reason to go further onto Kiawah. Please don't advertise this unit -- I want to keep it to open for our future visits.

The house was spacious and comfortable for our party of 6. The kitchen was so well stocked that we lacked for nothing while cooking a big Thanksgiving meal. The outdoor spaces and the views were AMAZING. We saw dolphin and otter in the creek and even a bald eagle. ESPM was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had, even after hours! This maybe my all time favorite rental. No complaints whatsoever.

Great family vacation

We loved the extra room under the deck to eat dinners and hang out. The chairs on the deck added a great extra area for adults to sit and talk. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back.

We had 6 staying in the home and we had more than enough room to spread out. The living area below the home was bonus!!! Outdoor shower (hot & cold) was a daily treat after the beach. The distance to the beach is very walkable but bikes are recommended if carrying gear. The views of the Kiawah River and inlet are amazing. This home has it all!!!

First trip to Kiawah

Overall very nice and comfortable place. Well laid out and spaced as we never felt on top of each other. Good beach access which was short walk/bike ride. The screened-in porch was lovely to enjoy outside without bugs. The younger folks enjoyed hanging out in area under the house. A few upgrades to appliances would have made the stay better: better coffee maker, bigger tv screen, oven with a bottom heating coil (?). Also carpet in the bedrooms could use a refresh. Happy to have stayed at this place.

Breathtaking views from a fully equipped home

The homes location is minutes from the ocean with an excellent view of the river and sunset. Our teenaged son loved setting out for adventures on the bikes we rented for our stay. The home is well equipped with everything you’d need for your time in Kiawah. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset from the Adirondack chairs on the deck. The kitchen was the best stocked rental kitchen I’d ever experienced. (Not food items) They had everything from an assortment of storage containers to various sized serving dishes. We’ll definitely rent this place again. It was the best of our three rentals in the area.

Very Nice House, Well Set Up for Extended Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Kiawah and this rental was for a vacation with our daughter's family. We chose 41 Inlet Cove because in addition to the normal beach access this rental has access to an excellent and very large swimming pool, which was important for our granddaughters, who both swim competitively. The house is well set-up for two families, with living/dining area separating Master bedroom/kitchen from the other two bedrooms and bath.It's in very nice surroundings, with good views, excellent screen porch for wildlife viewing, and easy access to all of Kiawah plus nearby stores. The house was clean and well furnished. The ESPM staff were terrific. When a problem or two did crop up, they were right on it. One thing we would flag for future renters is to be sure to note the policy on staples. You need to bring almost everything you'll need for cooking, etc. or plan to buy it while there, along with beach towels, etc. This took us by surprise, since we did not see it until the final access instructions and even then didn't focus on it. This aside, our party of six, ranging from age 9 to 81, had a wonderful time!!!!!!

We enjoyed the screened porch under the ceiling fans. We ate our breakfast out there each morning. We have always stayed in Inlet Cove on our annual family beach vacation to Kiawah. Great experiences with Turtle Patrol, biking the miles of paved trails, swimming in the pool, walks on the beach, great island restaurants. We will be back next summer.
