Nice clean room even though you could hear people above snoring and conversation.We mentioned on three separate occasions we would like twin bed but got double.Having said this it is always a pleasure staying here and everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Lovely room small but adequate situated above a real old pub which was very welcoming no parking on site but a car park was within 150 metres fantastic English breakfast at very reasonable prices

The cottage was comfortable and on the whole clean. The kitchen was well resourced with utensils and equipment. The gift box was loaded full of tea, coffee, biscuits, sugar with milk in the frdge. Very smooth handover, easy to find place. Spotlessly clean with all amenities.Perfect location for exploring the NE coast. Lots of eateries and gift shops just out of the door. Lovely few days away would highly recommend!
