We watched the birds from the back deck and had a view of Ty’s lake. It looks like the house was recently remodeled, and has some really nice details. I’d love to come stay here again."

It was terrific inside, and the fenced in backyard(reason we booked this VRBO) was exactly what our dog needed after hours in a car. We were only here for a night. But the interior was exactly as pictured, very nicely done and maintained. Would definitely recommend staying at this location."

"This home was absolutely perfect for a girls getaway weekend. It was cold and raining but we didn’t care. The fireplace made it warm and cozy and we got to use the fire pit the first night. The amazing kitchen let us do what we love best- cook. The table was perfect for all nine of us to play games. There was plenty of beds so we all had our space. We will be back soon."

"This was our second stay at the property. It is lovely and comfortable and we felt like we were coming home again. There's lots of amenities and extras. It was just my husband and myself and we were there to tend to my 97 year old Aunt who lives on Eden Isle. When we came in for the evening, it was like we were being wrapped in a warm blanket. I thank the owners deeply for their agreement to our special circumstances. We highly recommend this wonderful oasis."

We were able to host them for dinner and a bbq, hang out in the comfort of the house, or the back deck. "House was quiet, clean and as described. Property owner and manager were very nice and responsive. Excellent fenced in large yard space for kids/dogs. Conveniently 10 minutes from restaurants/Walmart. 3 min from Dollar General. Only complaint is you cannot run hot water in sink while in shower or expect a cold shower. Also bring your own bath soap."

"We had so much fun at this property! It worked perfectly for our family to celebrate our Dad/Granddad/Great Granddad’s 90th birthday! All generations had so much fun! "We stayed at Dripping Springs Retreat for the total eclipse of the sun and it was so worth it. The extra large front yard was the perfect location for eclipse viewing. We did have an issue with gas for the grill but we called and they brought us another tank of gas on a Sunday night what good service."
