Great place for Scafell
"Stayed here the night before and after climbing Scafell Pike (20 minutes away). Had a really good time. Great use of space. Breakfast was great."

Lovely stay with the family
"Had a lovely stay with my family. I think what made the stay even better here was the breakfast! So much to choose from cooked and continental. Filled us up ready for a day of exploring. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Lovely place to stay, would definitely return"

The Bailey Ground Hotel also has a AMAZING ice cream cafe! It has the most delicious ice cream you will find anywhere. A cornucopia of flavours - seasonal and superb.
