(A). 7 BEDS: 1 king, 4 queens, 2 twins, PLUS 1 queen sleeper sofa.
(1). Bedroom details: 1 TV in each of bedroom #1, 2, 3.
* bedroom # 1 (on the 1st/kitchen floor above the garage/ground level): 1 TWIN BUNK, 1 QUEEN
* bedroom # 2 (on the 2nd floor) : 2 QUEENs
* bedroom #3 (master, on the 2nd floor): 1 KING
* bedroom # 4 (on the 3rd floor/top floor): 1 QUEEN; A desk & rolling desk chair will be added in fall 2024.

(2). Supplies for bedrooms & bathrooms:
* Bed sheets are included; Select towels at booking for a small fee if needed.
* Bath mats & toiletry
* 8 summer quilts. 20 pillows. 3 extra comforters are provided between October to April.
* multi-function MESSAGE HANDSHOWERS AND RAINFALL SHOWERS (dual shower heads),

(2). Den on the 3rd Floor(lead to rooftop deck):1 smart TV; 1 queen SLEEPER SOFA & 1 recliner

(3). Rooftop Deck, Balconies: Seating & tables on all.

(4). Fenced backyard: a cast aluminum dining set; Weber Spirit gas grill; Outdoor shower.

(C). EVEN MORE:

* free access to up to 4 accounts of YouTube TV.
* 8 beach badges, 6 beach chairs & 1 beach umbrella included; sand toys.
* steps to the beach, the famous Jersey Shore boardwalk, Funtown Beach, Casino Pier & Breakwater Beach Waterpark, and more.

(D). IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
(1). Garage & driveway parking & 1 street parking at the end of own driveway.

(2). ONLY LOW-SHEDDING dogs are allowed at a fee. Contact host for an additional fee for 2nd dog.

(3). Outdoor security cameras are installed at the front and back doors.

(4). READ BEFORE BOOKING:
* Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be accepted.
* A government issued ID is required to complete booking.
* Must sign rental agreement for reservations to be considered completed.
* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed. You will be asked to leave with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.
* All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. The age requirements do not apply to families with children. If you are booking for others, you must be staying in the property for the duration of your reservation.

The property is beautiful and is furnished very nicely. Almost everything we needed, like utensils, coffee maker (and coffee!) hair dryers, etc. were right there. The beds were very comfortable and the showers are wonderful! All in all, it made for a most enjoyable place for our “girls’ weekend!

If you’re looking for a shore house that’s clean, and conveniently located, and that meets all of your needs w/ amenities— this one is it. First time to Jersey Shore!

We decided as a family we want to go back every year! Our check in was easy, and we had easy communication with host throughout the stay. We had no issues what so ever. Our children had a great time using the beach gear available for use, and with just one block to the beach, every child could carry their chair and sand toys for the day. We loved the boardwalk! Perfect for extended family!

My husband and I, along with my sister, brother-in-law and our two young adult nephews stayed for three nights over Christmas. The house was very clean and and even more spacious than expected from the listing. Michelle, the host, was super helpful, and responded almost immediately when we had a question about a minor malfunction in one of the smoke alarms. (It was an easy fix!). The beds were all comfortable, the kichen is well supplied, and the bathroom toiletries are nice. We hope to stay there again!

The rental house was perfect for us. It was well appointed, clean, close to the beach, and had garage and driveway parking for multiple cars. The multiple levels of decks with partial views of the ocean were a special treat in the mornings and especially at sunset. Michelle was extremely responsive and helpful. Seaside Family Week

We loved this house. There was plenty of room for all of us, easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Great to be able to park 4 cars. Spent a lot of time on the rooftop deck. All provided items such as linens, beach chairs, furniture etc. were in great shape. Most importantly our host Michelle was quickly responsive and helpful to any question we had. Great week!

Fantastic rental!!!

I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful rental property!! The house is brand new, has tons of bedrooms/bathrooms/personal spaces, located less than a block from the beach/boardwalk (great for families with small children) and the owner was quick to respond when we had a question! The pictures just about say it all! this is brand new construction 1 block from the boardwalk and beach . A Must Stay Location

The house was everything and more than what we were expecting. It is in a GREAT location, mere steps away from the boardwalk. Spacious rooms and great common spaces make a family gathering possible. You get views of the water on either side of you. The house is a perfect getaway! I cannot recommend staying at this house enough. If we ever find ourselves in the area, we know where we hope to stay each and every time.
