Front desk person brought us a new bucket. Room was loud due to highway being right behind hotel. Breakfast was good.”

So when we got there the front desk gave me a sheet with all the amenities and hours. Find me shocked when everything is closed. We arrived on Monday and left today. We spent almost no time at the resort since there was no food to eat or drink to drink aside from the lite menu at the Treehouse. If I had known they don’t have amenities until the……

“The staff was very friendly! But for some reason, it takes too long to get checked into this hotel. We stayed there a year ago and it was slow then as well. We had a group of about 10 of us and I was the first one to check in...it took about 15 mins. The room was humid and everything in the room was damp. Most of our group experienced that same issue! Breakfast was not available as supposedly a water main break didn't allow them to have breakfast or even coffee!”
