This studio condo is located in the 19th Avenue Lofts and is walkable to fantastic dining and shopping in Capitol Hill and Madison Valley. Grill dinner on the breezy, east-facing balcony while enjoying a refreshing beverage. Stroll to the lawns and fountains of Cal Anderson Park, walk minutes to Miller Playfield for tennis and pickleball, or visit the exquisite Volunteer Park. A bevy of local dining options in Capitol Hill and Madison Valley are within walking distance.

Head to the inimitable Pike Place Market or visit the Space Needle. Enjoy a memorable drink or meal in Belltown or explore the walking trails of waterfront Discover Park.

You'll love 14-high ceilings and the chic industrial feel throughout. The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, a TV, a gas fireplace, and a writing desk. Prepare tasty meals in the sunlit kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Eat at the kitchen bar.

Additional perks include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, reserved parking, and a secure building.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We've stayed here before and really enjoy this apartment and parking spot. The only complaint I have is the toilet paper and paper towels were really thin and cheapy and not what you would expect in a nice place to stay.

Check in process was not very easy at least for us. However, I was able to get in contact with someone right away and figured it out. Condo is very clean, fully stocked with all amenities and was exactly how it was listed Walking distance to a lot of places. I would definitely recommend!

The condo was just as portrayed; clean, and an impressively high ceiling with roominess in the living room and kitchen. We enjoyed the balcony and parking spot as well. The outside area was nice and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the individual we were there to visit.

Great Apartment

This was the perfect apartment for my stay. The room naturally was on the warmer side but the AC unit inside was great at keeping the place cool. I did have a questionable experience with the property management group that may prevent me from booking with them in the future. Hopefully they can work on their internal communication so others don’t experience the same issue.

Very fine stay but nothing special

Lacks decor, charm and coziness. Seems sterile and corporate...run by Vacassa. Building is very contemporary and industrial. Great residential neighborhood but nothing within walking distance except a Traders Joe.No dining table, wine glasses and we ran out of toliet paper. Not sure why they need a desk and computer you cant use.Very acceptable accommodation for the price....and location.

We arrived at the property at 9:30, safely before the 10:00 cutoff, but when we followed the instructions at the callbox to get into the building, we only got voicemail. I received a call back and text an hour later, after we had thankfully managed to get in. The property itself was very nice except that the bed had only a sheet and thin bedspread and there was no extra blanket or comforter to be found. For November in Seattle in a place with concrete floors, it made things pretty chilly. Also, I received about 20 emails and texts from Orbitz, VRBO, and Vacasa for this single reservation, most of which were needless to say repetitive, unnecessary and annoying. While this might not be directly the property’s fault, I assume it has something to do with listing through multiple services.

The location was excellent for our family. Well appointed. Could use a small table for eating. The counter for eating was tight. The only other issue was that the wifi was spotty. There were days when we had to rebooted 6-10 times. Basically we were very happy and would stay there again.

Capital Hill Condo

Nice sized efficiency with a much needed gas fireplace to take the edge off record Seattle cold weather. Close to family we were visiting and nicely situated for us. Nice to have the underground garage space and very close to the grocery store.

Nice Seattle Getaway

The rental is really nice and clean, close to a lot of restaurants and bars, and close to downtown. The only real downside is the parking situation, the street parking can be hard to come by especially on a Friday night and the spot in the parking garage is pretty tight, luckily I have a small car.

Clean and comfy

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The only thing missing was a dining table. We did have some problems with the lock not working, but this was solved fairly quickly. We would certainly stay again.
