Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy

Disappointing

No WiFi although listings claimed there was. Full flight of stairs from street into house and another flight to bedrooms, definitely should have been listed. Address was incorrect. No parking although listing claimed there was. Outdoor space was concrete and dirt. No response from owner about WiFi or parking. Complete rip off. Will never use VRBO again. I would never have stayed there if it had been truthfully listed. I should get some kind of refund.
