Kick back and relax in this calm, newly renovated stylish space. This home is located on a large and private wooded lot. Surrounded by beautiful doug-fir, yellow pine and maple trees, this home gives you a sweet taste of the PNW. Only a 15 minute drive to Seattle, with convenient access to public transportation. Centrally located between the beautiful town of Edmonds and Richmond Beach Park.

5 minute drive to Costco, Fred Meyer, Starbucks and Safeway.

The inside of this house is beautiful and easily accommodated 3 couples. It’s away from all of the traffic but close to enough to make this the perfect spot. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Seattle.

Perfect home base

Our family of five traveled to Seattle for a family wedding. This house was very comfortable for our stay and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and highway access. It’s very private. Just perfect for us!

Overall good stay

The location of the property is confusing to find using Google maps. Suvad sent directions and we found it. The outside of the house is deceiving, the inside is renovated and comfortable. The house was stocked with basics, but could use a larger trash can in the kitchen.
