Property Overview
Step into a light-filled, thoughtfully designed home featuring high ceilings, modern finishes, and cozy touches throughout. No chores - we only ask you to be respectful of the space.
The ground floor hosts the living room, dining area and kitchen. You will find a second bedroom with a dedicated workspace, a den, a full bathroom and washer/dryer closet on the second floor. The third floor is dedicated to the large primary suite with a generous bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity cabinets. Finally, take the last set of stairs to enjoy the rooftop deck with scenic views of the Seattle skyline, Mount Rainier and the Olympic Mountains.
Bedrooms: Two comfortable bedrooms with soft linens, and plenty of closet space. The primary has a spacious king bed and the second bedroom is equipped with a queen. Pack-and-play available for the youngest guests.
Dedicated Study/Workspace: You can find a desk with a comfortable chair and plenty of outlets in the second bedroom for when you need some time to focus.
Den: A quiet bonus room that works perfectly as a secondary living room or additional sleeping space. The queen-sized mattress will make you forget it’s a sleeper sofa.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers and toiletries.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig pod & ground coffee maker, and all essentials for home-cooked meals.
