It was a great property for 2 couples. The beds were super comfortable. The parking was quite tight, but we managed. It was close to where we needed to be for a wedding. It had everything we needed and more. Thanks to our hosts we all had a great stay.

Kraken Place to Stay

If you plan on visiting the Northgate area for the Community Iceplex this location is absolutely amazing.The property was very clean, nice backyard if you have pets (mine were happy). Getting around the area was easy and there were quite a few food options as well.

Great place!

This was perfect place for our family and was close to Seattle Children’s Hospital. Clean, well stocked and good neighborhood. Parking was a challenge as street parking was our only option as our car was too big for garage. The house was great and had everything we needed for our month long stay. Would highly recommend if visiting Seattle. It is also close to the zoo.

Easy Spot for Access to the city

Very accurate description of the location and the hosts were always responsive! It’s definitely a colorful neighborhood but we are from Seattle already so we’re aware. No neighborhood noise and easy parking! Very easy to get to both downtown and North Seattle from here.

Fantastic Communication

We stayed here for a few days before our son‘s wedding. We came with our dogs and just had a fabulous day. Communications with the manager was outstanding! There are three air conditioners, which made it very comfy. The bottom room doesn’t have air but if you open up the sliding glass door, it’s pleasant. We’ll definitely stay here again if opportunity arises.

As described, the unit has a clean, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The air conditioning was adequate but not central. Location/ neighborhood were ok, adjacent to Green Lake. Garage was challenging to use and only for small cars.
