"check in was professionally done and pleasant. Rooms were clean. Everything was great. Thought breakfast could have been a little better"

"Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean but small. Small fridge and microwave in room. Free coffee in the morning and cold water in lobby all the time. Air conditioning worked well. 3 rd avenue is sketchy if you go to the right of the building. Many homeless in Seattle. If you walk to space needle go to fourth then turn left. Nice area. They have security outside all night and the lobby is locked at 10 pm. We took a shuttle from airport to port for our cruise and the front desk set that up for us at checkin. Also they will hold your luggage before checkin if u arrive early"

"Super convenient to the airport. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Only complaint is the overwhelming scent throughout the building. It smells like a cheap perfume bottle spilled in every space, causing mild allergic reaction."

"Every member of the staff were super friendly and super helpful. The hotel is very nice and is within easy walking distance to the monorail, Pikes Place Market and anything else you want to experience."

"It was a bit dated but in a good location. Some good ethnic food locally. The staff were very nice. The location made transportation to the cruise ports very easy and fast. We’d definitely stay again."

"David the bartender was excellent at his job. Beautiful building. Throughly enjoyed the stay. The food at Stella was disappointing though. Lacked flavour."
