Perfect for myself and my adult children. There of us stayed at the apartment to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UDUB. The neighborhood was extremely walkable. We dined in the Ballard district each day we were there. So many options! And the water! It was fantastic out of the tap.

Super cozy and family friendly stay! In a great neighborhood, we all felt extremely safe. So clean, tons of space for family but also small enough to keep everyone contained and together.

What a fabulous place! Everything was even better than described! Thanks! Only concern is that it is nearly impossible to see the keypad on the door in the afternoon/evening hours which makes entry very difficult. Amazing place otherwise!

Great location, comfortable stay!

My husband and I stayed here in June with another couple while visiting a friend who lives in Ballard. This was the perfect location and I would stay here again. The listing was accurate and looks just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the towels were a good quality. The kitchen had all the tools and appliances you would need to to cook for 4-6 people. There is also a really cute patio/garden area that was really pretty given that we visited at the start of summer. A parking space is right out front. We were able to walk to the Ballard Farmers Market and other shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. Communication was quick and the owner was very responsive. Our friends who stayed there also mentioned that they really liked the space. The next time I visit Seattle, I would definitely stay here again!

Ballard Wedding

My husband and I rented the place for my son‘s wedding since we live roughly 50 miles away we had family from out of town staying in the area as well so it was a nice long weekend. Spent with family and friends. The unit was quiet, clean and well appointed, with a full kitchen two full bathrooms and two bedrooms …very comfortable amenities!

Good for a short stay

This property was very clean and tidy, comfortable living room and beds. The parking was not great for an extra large SUV but we managed. The people living in the house seemed to walk very loudly even late into the late evening but it wasn’t crazy or unbearable. Good stay overall, good location and neighborhood.

Great place with parking!

This is a great place to stay in Ballard! It’s clean, well-maintained and very comfortable, from the beds to the seating. And it has parking! It’s walking close to coffee shops and restaurants and has a cute patio area to enjoy your coffee. Communication with the owner is great. There are stairs from the parking to the unit, but there is a handrail. We would stay here again.

Seattle vacation May 2025

Our stay at this place was wonderful. The description of the property was exactly what we received. The location made getting around town very easy. After a day of sightseeing coming back to the apartment was relaxing as it was quiet. The only issue we had was when all 4 of us were using our devices or watching TV, the internet would lag.

Spring Break in Seattle

The place was great! Having a parking spot was excellent. Bobby was available and sent at text check-in to make sure everything was okay. Beds are comfortable and the towels were really nice. It was just right for our trip

"HOME" away from home!!!

This place was great. Felt like home, very inviting and every possible item needed. Quaint, quiet, clean lovely neighborhood and close to many go see sights. Would highly recommend it.

Excellent stay!

This is such a cute little apartment that worked out perfect for my family of 4. Its super clean and located in an excellent neighborhood! Very close to restaurants and coffee shops, and not a far drive from the space needle and downtown. We had such a great time during our 4 days in Seattle and would 100% stay here again. The only reason for 4 stars is the people above us were a little noisy the last 2 days of our stay, the footsteps started pretty early and we went well on into the night. But other than that, everything was perfect!
