About this space
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat. With peekaboo views of Seattle's largest lake and newly renovated, you won't be disappointed. Enjoy the large scenic windows and natural light, while the blackout curtains help provide an ideal night’s sleep. Located in a quiet South Seattle neighborhood with convenient access to Downtown, the Airport, Bellevue, Renton, and more. Don't miss out.

OVERVIEW:
Approximately 1,200 sq. ft of living area (3 bedrooms and 1 bath) with a view Lake Washington from the kitchen, living room, and dining room.

Open-concept fully equipped kitchen with island, an ideal space for your whole group to spend time together. Relax in the cozy living room with warm wood built-ins while enjoying natural light from the oversized windows. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms help provide an ideal night’s sleep. Classic white subway tiles and modern touches complete this idyllic retreat.

Carport for 2 cars
Additional cars can also fit in the driveway.

Main Floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom.
Lower Floor: separate entrance for laundry

Visiting from Ohio June 13-21, 2025.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this 3 bedroom home with views of Lake Washington. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to all areas of Seattle.
