The Space:
This beautiful lake view home comfortably hosts up to 6 guests, offering space and privacy for everyone. Step onto the patio to enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Sammamish and the Cascade Mountains, or unwind in the additional lower-level living area. Just minutes from downtown Bellevue, Seattle, parks, and trails, this home combines tranquility with convenience for an unforgettable stay.

Master Bedroom (Queen bed): A cozy retreat with plush bedding and plenty of natural light. Sleeps 2.
Guest Bedroom 1 (Twin bunk bed): Perfect for kids or friends, with comfortable twin bunk beds. Sleeps 2.
Guest Bedroom 2 (Full-size bed): Bright and inviting, ideal for a single guest or couple. Sleeps 1–2.
Full Bathroom: Modern fixtures and a clean, spacious layout.
Living Room: Open and airy with large windows showcasing lake and mountain views; comfortable seating for relaxation or movie nights.

Our house is located in the Spiritridge subdivision of Bellevue, part of the Phantom Lake neighborhood. Locals describe the area as very quiet, with well-kept yards, dog-friendliness, and sidewalks—making it ideal for families and pet owners. The neighborhood offers easy access to I-90, making downtown Bellevue reachable in about 10 minutes, Kirkland in 15, most parts of Seattle in 15–20mins, Tiger Mountain in around 15 mins, and Snoqualmie in approximately 40 mins.
Nearby amenities include parks, walking and bike trails, and Vasa Park, which offers lake access—perfect for both outdoor enthusiasts and casual weekend outings.
Getting Around:
🚗 By Car
Primary mode of transport – most errands require driving.
Quick freeway access:
I-90 → ~5 minutes (easy east–west access to Seattle, Issaquah, and Snoqualmie).
I-405 → ~10 minutes (north–south, connects Bellevue, Kirkland, and Renton).
Driving times:
Downtown Bellevue → 10 minutes
Downtown Seattle → 15–20 minutes
Sea-Tac Airport → 25 minutes
Snoqualmie Pass → 40 minutes (for skiing/outdoor activities)
🚌 Public Transit
Served by King County Metro buses:
Routes along 150th Ave SE and SE 24th St connect to Eastgate Park & Ride.
