You will find on this 2760 sqft property a structure built with the highest quality finishes, surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden in a resort-like setting. This property features a bright generous hotel lobby-like living room with a fireplace and large TV to gather in, bedrooms with meticulously curated furniture to relax in, gourmet kitchen and a luxurious dining room to dine in, an outdoor deck with a view of our amazing gardens to sip a drink on, an elegant entertainment area on the lower level to play in, and many more incredible spaces and moments for you to discover throughout.

Superb modern home close to everything

We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful home. House and gardens are meticulously clean and very well equipped, with outdoor furniture, a large outdoor table and barbecue, a deck, huge kitchen with every amenity, and super-clean, modern, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms throughout. A real gem. A short walk to PCC Market and a park with playground equipment and a tennis court.

All Around Amazing!

Our family stayed at this gorgeous home for graduation at UW. Everyone raved about the house-it had everything you could want and some things you didn't know you needed! From the heated bathroom floors to the fun foosball table to the amazing yard and gourmet kitchen-we didn't want to leave! The home was walkable to a local market and some quaint eateries and just a stone's throw from UW and University Village. After being spoiled here, I don't think we'd be happy staying anywhere else in Seattle. Just book it-you won't regret it!

Fantastic!

Thanks for an amazing stay at the View Ridge house! We enjoyed daily walks in the beautiful neighborhood and the yard was an unexpected bonus! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Family Time

This immaculate home was perfect for our family gathering, the first meeting of new babies (3 and 4 mos.), their parents and grandparents! The well-stocked kitchen, outdoor patio, gathering areas, and baby gear all made our stay both comfortable and fun. What a wonderful home! The house has a great layout and is stocked with just about everything you would need/want for a great get away. Beautiful home

Everything about our stay was excellent. The home was in a great location, very clean with a well- stocked kitchen. One day the ice maker wasn’t making ice and the owner dropped off 2 bags of ice and explained how to reset the ice maker. Very accommodating!

Excellent family-friendly rental

We LOVED this property and it worked perfectly for us. We had ourselves plus twins (3M), my sister & BIL with baby (1F), and my parents. The house was spacious and had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all of us. The child-friendly amenities were awesome! We didn’t bring any toys for our boys, but there were plenty of toys and books at the house to keep them busy. Even a baby gate already installed and portable crib for my niece. The house had high end finishes and so many included amenities. Coffee, espresso, tea, were all readily available. Donuts awaited us at arrival. The neighborhood was quiet. Park right around the corner for the kids to play. We would 100% stay here again. Communication was awesome with the host and she provided all info we needed for a great stay. 5 stars!

Perfect spot for cozy and comfy holiday gathering

We rented Vivian's place for my family and it met everyone's needs including my two small children. The house itself is dialed in for maximum comfort with plenty of bathrooms for everyone (with heated floors!) and safe for small kids (lots of baby gear available as well!). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook holiday meals. Vivian was a gracious and accommodating host and very communicative. She even provided holiday decorations and dropped off sweet treats.

Amazing Modern Seattle stay, with everything you need!

The home had everything we needed and was extremely clean and tidy! The home and backyard are beautiful and a perfect place to host a a group of people. Beautiful house!

We rented it for our family while we attended our Son's wedding. It was beautifully updated, clean, comfortable, with lots of amenities and personal touches. There was my husband and I, our 2 other children & their spouses, and my 88 yr old Mother. We wanted to make sure we had enough space for everyone, and a main level living area for that my Mother could get around in w/o too many stairs. It was perfect! The only thing that started off bad, was we had no cell service at the house so we couldn't download the code to get in. My husband & I had to drive around the area to try to find enough cell service to message the mgr. We did, and she got right back to us, and helped us get in. The house has WiFi once you get in, just don't wait to down load the code until you're in the neighborhood. Our Bad!

Best Place to Welcome In My Thirties

I celebrated my 30th birthday at this amazing home! I cannot express how pleased we all were with the attention to detail that was clearly put into the interior design of the house. From the heated bathroom floors to the presence of an amazing spice set, we had everything we needed to celebrate. The neighborhood is really quiet and you can easily walk to the market or down to Roosevelt Square. My entire group could not stop commenting on the decor and enjoyed hanging out in the backyard. We’d love to book again next time that we’re in Seattle!

Family Getaway

When you rent from VRBO, you’re always worried about what you’ve rented. This home will not disappoint. The home was very clean, the backyard well manicured, and the house stocked with any items you might need. Grocery store close and only a few miles from the piers and Pikes Market. Easy check in and check out. Vivian checked on us to see how our stay was and if we needed anything. Cannot say enough good about this place.

Beautiful modern home just north of the university

We stayed here to celebrate our sister’s graduation from UW. It was in a great location, close to the university. A PCC market was right down the block for food and supplies. The house was immaculate and everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for preparing meals, and there were toys for our kids (8-5 yo). The backyard was an oasis for enjoying a meal. Vivian was available for communication and was prompt to respond. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect home away from home!

The house was spotless clean & very well stocked with any kitchen appliance & tools you can think of & quality shampoo, soap, etc. After going out for the day we looked forward to coming “home”. Super clean, modern and cozy

We had a great experience overall. The entire home is completely redone with a modern, but cozy touch. All of the appliances and features of the house are state of the art. Vivian was incredibly accessible and communicative with everything we needed. The house also came equipt with everything we needed for our toddler, which made things easy since we didn't have to bring or buy things that you normally would. We had a great time and had no issues with our stay. Highly recommend!

A memorable stay

Vivian was an amazing host. She was so accommodating, made our stay very comfortable and replied promptly to questions or requests that I had. She was easy to communicate with. Our family had come to celebrate my dad's 75th birthday here. My dad's brother came from Canada and we from California. Seattle was a middle spot. My family enjoyed the modern and to my parents "hi-tech" house with the heated floors and colorful lights in the kitchen. All the little details of amenities were all thoughtfully accessible and convenient. My dad really loved the backyard. He admired all the landscaping. We weren't planning to celebrate his birthday at the house, but we had to take advantage of the beautiful yard and the nice weather. So instead of going out for dinner, which Vivian suggested some places to go, we had a nice birthday dinner in the backyard. There is a lot of room where all of us can gather or at times people can go off and have space for smaller groups with kids running around. The location wasn't too bad, only 20 mins to downtown. University was not too far. There are a couple of grocery stores close by. So everyday we would go out for a little adventure and be happy to make that drive back to our comfy home. Thank you Vivian for helping my dad have a memorable birthday and we all have the best stay here. It's already in the works of coming back again!
