“Beautiful home, walkable. Listing says the owner prefers to hand off key but then no communication the day of, after I communicated arrival time many hours in advance. Main picture in the post isn’t of the part of the house that’s rented out. Space is above the garage with access via a very narrow spiral staircase that’s a pain to traverse with luggage. “The home is adorable, clean, and very well maintained. The added arcade room and top deck are a fun addition that we enjoyed. The location is perfect. Quiet. The sounds of birds in the morning and a rooster while overlooking a vineyard, so nice. Easy walkable distance to town, which is so cute with a couple of very good restaurants. As it happens, we had no need to ask them for help, since the property was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. This rental is located in close proximity to a beautiful park, with well-kept walking paths, and is also walking distance to the center of the charming town of Sebastopol.
