Welcome to your Graton escape—spacious, inviting, and perfect for families or groups. This well-appointed 4BR home offers a thoughtful blend of comfort, style, and family-friendly fun, all set in a peaceful cul-de-sac near top wineries and dining.
Inside, you’ll enjoy:
• Bright Great Room – Modern kitchen, adjustable dining table (seats 6–8), and a cozy lounge with gas fireplace.
• Living Room – Chaise lounges, sofa bed, and a wall-mounted screen for movie nights.
• Primary Bedroom – Adjustable king bed, luxury mattress, walk-in closet, jetted tub, double sinks, bidet, and direct hot tub access.
• Second Bedroom – Adjustable queen bed, dresser, and closet.
• Third Bedroom – Full bed, private bathroom, desk, and elegant chaise lounge.
• Fourth Bedroom (Kid-Friendly) – Bunk bed, toy kitchen, games, books, art supplies, and a large dollhouse.

Guests have access to the entire property.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet street in quiet neighborhood. Shares a cul-de-sac with only three other homes. Super close to a long, treed walking and biking trail.
We are walking distance from highly acclaimed restaurants and wine tasting rooms including: Willwood Market Cafe, Underwood Bar and Bistro, Bowman Cellars, Sonoma Wine Company, and In Good Taste.
Getting Around:
It's a small town environment so parking is ample.
Other Things to Note:
Our spacious house comfortably accommodates groups of up to 8 adults (plus a child). Please note, we reside on a small cul-de-sac. We've included photos indicating designated parking areas for your convenience. It's essential that all guests agree not to park in spaces allocated to our neighbors or obstruct their access.
We provide a two-car garage which we encourage you to use. For additional parking, you may park outside the garage, ensuring access is maintained for our neighbors across the street (as shown in the photos). You can also park near our side of the street, close to the walkway leading to our house.
If more parking is needed for yourselves or visiting friends, street parking is available. Please avoid parking directly alongside our neighbors' houses as those spaces are reserved for them. Thank you for your cooperation.
Local guests, please inquire before booking.
Minimum booking age is 25 years.
Per Sonoma County vacation rental ordinance:
Maximum overnight occupancy (10 PM to 7 AM) is 8 guests.
Daytime occupancy (7 AM to 10 PM) is limited to 10 guests.
Parking available for 5 vehicles.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM.
Outdoor amplified sound is not allowed.
We welcome one well-behaved, house-trained dog under 35 lbs. Dog must remain off furniture and use provided pet bed. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any pet-related messes or additional cleaning required. Please contact us with any questions.
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. A small fee applies.
Additional guidelines include:
Strict no-smoking and no-pet policies.
An e-signature may be required for the rental contract.
ID verification may be requested.
Self check-in available until 11 PM.
Tampering with WiFi devices is prohibited.
A refundable security deposit of $2000 may apply.
No commercial activities allowed.
Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee per pet.
