The space
**This condo is on the second floor and does require stairs for access**
Living Room: Comfortable pullout leather sofa, flat screen smart TV, wi-fi and electric fireplace.
TV: You will log into your own streaming services to access tv shows and movies during your stay.
Kitchen: electric oven/stove-top, microwave, blender, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils. A small supply of coffee is provided to get your stay started.
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, Flat Screen TV
*Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

You will be given door code to access the unit.
The condo is located on the second floor of the building.
This condo has a shared laundry room. Located directly beneath the condo. It is used on a first come first serve basis.
If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to assist you 7 days a week. Self check-in is easy and convenient.
Other things to note
This area is a quiet, serene community with many full time residents. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Thank you for your understanding!
Parking - There is uncovered parking is available in the common parking lot near the condo.
The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest.
Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. If a violation occurs, additional fees will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us the morning of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in's when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival.
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.
We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
