Great spot for a reunion of old friends.

Great location, good communication from Annie, lots to do in town and country Sedona area—we had a nice, relaxing, eventful visit. The house had a good layout, views, and the spa is a big plus—but baquacil type chemicals would eliminate the strong chlorine scent and feel.

Amazing place!

When we saw pictures online we expected to be impressed with the view but it actually exceeded our expectations. You will never get tired of the view from the balcony. Annie was very accommodating and friendly and left a lot of helpful guides to make the stay even more enjoyable. The location is very close to several restaurants and hiking trails. Can’t recommend the place enough!

Great Place to Gather with Friends

We had a great stay at this property! It was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect and the owners had park pass for us to use as well as lots of suggestions of how to fill our time in Sedona. The view is incredible! We had 3 couples for our stay and were all very comfortable. We will stay there again!

Beautiful Home & Gracious Hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Sedona trip in this gorgeous home with stunning views. We found it perfectly situated away from the overcrowded areas. We had great communication throughout from the hosts. The house was exactly as pictured - more beautiful actually. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing !!! Location, accommodations, host communication , the deck, the view, the hot tub….. all simply incredible…we were there for 9 days and enjoyed every minute. The four of us hiked every day and all hikes within 20 minute drive. Drove to the south rim one day (about 2 hours ) but well worth it! Thanks so much Annie!!!

Good location

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, quiet neighborhood and having the garage available was a plus. Reminder that the studio is extra if needing an extra room it includes a bathroom, refrigerator and little kitchenette ( got cold down there but little heater was included if needed).

Perfection

We were here for a girls trip (5 total) and everything about this place is amazing. It is cozy, clean, functional and relaxing. The kitchen was the most well stocked I have ever experienced! And the view. The view from the deck (and hot tub) is nothing short of magical. Location was perfect as well- easy to pop on the main drag and get to all the hot spots. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. We will be back!!

Great view, and very convenient location.

Our first time visit to Sedona and we found this property to be a perfect location. Not only did it have a great view, but was within 12 - 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do (which was hiking and dining). Communication with the owners was excellent, including making sure we were careful upon entry due to recent snow and ice. We enjoyed the hot tub, and again, the location. Instead of needing to plan our whole day to limit travel time we found that we could take a quick drive and explore a new trail and return, especially handy since not everyone in our family wanted to participate in all the hikes. It really helped us pack in a variety of activities in our short stay. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Fall Family Reunion

We shared the house with our son and teenage grandchildren who said this was the best house ever for our family reunions. The location was very near to all our excursions. The view was spectacular! We definitely will be returning!

Carefully thought out for guests

Truly beautiful views and I enjoyed waking up to them. The spaces are nicely thought out for people to congregate and interact, but also spaces as well to enjoy some quieter moments. The kitchen was nicely stocked with different kitchen tools for preparing meals, and even serving platters. The hot tub was wonderful for preventing sore muscles from the awesome hikes close by.

The owners were very responsive when we had questions. They accommodated some special requests. The place was clean and comfy. The view was great. It was a good location. They had good reading materials about the area and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time.
