Bright & Airy 2-Bedroom House with Spectacular Views in West Sedona

We’re delighted to share our newly renovated West Sedona home with you! We're located South of 89A facing North toward the breathtaking views of the iconic West Sedona skyline. Enjoy stunning views whether you're in the open concept living room & kitchen, either of the two bedrooms, or on our expansive deck. Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy space with stylish modern decor. We can’t wait for you to experience the beauty and comfort of our special space!

Bedrooms— Both feature KING beds & RED ROCK VIEWS!
• Bedroom 1: King bed, views, with bathroom just across the hall, and a dedicated workspace with desk and 28" Dell monitor (bring your own device and cable to connect)
• Bedroom 2: King bed, views, with attached en-suite bathroom
• Hotel-quality cotton linens provided— no stuffy polyester sheets here!

Guest access
The home is part of a duplex, but there are **NO SHARED SPACES** — each unit has its own separate & private entrance, driveway, dedicated parking, and outdoor space. The walls were soundproofed when we renovated the home in 2025.

Guest have access to the entire home except for two storage closets.

Paulina’s place is wonderful. It’s very clean and central to everything in West Sedona. My wife and I were sad to go, but now have a great place to stay the next time we visit!

We celebrated our good friends’ 5th wedding anniversary in Sedona. Being dog lovers and working remote, we had to find the best spot. The W is the perfect location to any main attraction in Sedona. We went to the Grand Canyon one day which was only a 2 hour drive (highly suggest). This rental is perfect to getaway and immerse into the Sedona experience. The view from the patio is also something I will always remember. Paulina is a gracious host!
