Guests have full and exclusive access to the home, indoor & outdoor amenities. Self-check-in is available via smart lock with a personalized access code (can be used only during your scheduled stay). Access code will be provided through the check-in instructions given before your stay.

🔇 NOISE ORDINANCE
Sedona enforces a 24/7 noise ordinance. Please respect outdoor light rules and quiet hours after 10 PM.
🔥 POOL HEATING NOTICE
The pool heater is not needed most of the year, but we do have one available for an additional charge. Please note that the pool temperature can depend on the outside temperature.
🐾 PETS
Our home is pet-friendly and has a fully fenced-in backyard. We collect pet fees. Kindly message us for more details.
🚗 PARKING SPACE
The property can accommodate 3 cars comfortably, up to a maximum of 4 cars.
🗑️ TRASH
Please use the provided trash bags. Instructions are in the guidebook.
