Ascend through four levels of luxury living, where each of the four bedrooms is accompanied by its own luxurious bathroom. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or hosting a family gathering, Quail Ridge offers ample space and privacy for an unforgettable Sedona escape!

Perched at the highest point of the home, the primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a copper soaking tub and walk-in shower—a perfect place to start and end the day with nature all around you!

Down the hall, two elegantly designed guest rooms provide peaceful spaces to rest:

☀Another king bedroom with expansive views of Thunder Mountain, with a full bathroom just across the hall.

Just beyond the kitchen, another guest suite offers two queen-sized beds, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the lower level.

Tucked away on the lowest level, the expansive game room is made for fun-filled nights! Guests will have access to the entire home except for locked supply closets.

Other things to note
The home is a four level house and has several steps throughout the home and may be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

There is construction in progress on the rooftop deck. There will not be active construction during guest stays but you may see construction materials on the property.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
