Cute, cozy, and clean! This casita is wonderful. It has everything you need and more! The host was available to answer questions and was very helpful. Our only regret was we couldn’t stay longer. We highly recommend this property. The scenery is gorgeous!

Perfect spot to enjoy Sedona

So convenient and super easy check-in. Host is great and very responsive. The view from here is just as amazing as anywhere else in Sedona. Tons of amenities and creature comforts to make your stay perfect. Will definitely stay next time we're in town.

The casita has everything you could think of. Convenient location to some hiking trails, quick drives to parks, shopping & restaurants, and a cozy place to call home. The casita itself is cute with special touches that should cover most needs +. Sedona was a beautiful place to visit with breathtaking views of Red Rock country!

Unmatched comfort and cleanliness

This darling artsy casita was everything we needed and more than expected for a restful two days in beautiful Sedona. Traci has absolutely thought of every amenity imaginable. I mean, where can you go stay and find a PAID trail pass at your disposal? The walkable neighborhood has gorgeous mountain views and even a secret star gazing rooftop! Wow! Traci’s attention to detail is unmatched. I promise, you won’t be disappointed with your stay at this property.

Good as it Gets

Normally we prefer a whole house rather than rooms attached to houses (Casitas), but Traci has done a thoughtful remodel, provides everything you need and is super helpful. Highly recommend for two. Great location in west Sedona.

Anniversary get away

The casita was amazing!! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! It was very clean and was the perfect size for my husband and I. The location was perfect and close to trailheads as we hiked every day. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier!! Great getaway!!

Everything you need!

Wow- what a great place. Loved the location in west Sedona close to the trails. Traci has thought of everything and is incredibly responsive. Such an amazing use of space. We enjoyed the back garden and roof deck one evening. Highly recommend for a getaway for one person or a couple. Perfect place to celebrate 25 years of marriage for us!

Traci thought of it all for the generous casita space attached to her home in the heart of West Sedona. If you mtb, the proximity to Posse Grounds Park is fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained and as I said the space is well appointed in amenities, even the use of a Red Rocks Pass, which alleviates that task when you come into town. I'll be staying again, you should check it out.

Amazing Couples Getaway

We had such an amazing time at Traci's casita. It was the perfect location with beautiful views and close to everything. Every amenity was thought of and this casita was decorated so beautifully. The Casita was well appointed and clean, with a fantastic guide book provided in the Casita. The labels and instructions really made it easy to settle in and get comfortable. Sedona Sanctuary

We enjoyed a wonder stay at Traci’s. We lacked for nothing in the Casita and had a lovely stay. Clean, comfortable and loaded with amenities, beautiful decorations and lil surprises. Our hosts were delightful, helpful and friendly. We would stay here again when in the area as we felt pampered with all the conveniences and informed provided for our stay. Highly recommend and a bit reluctant as we hope to have availability in the future. Well done!
