「Estaba limpio, personal atento. Perooooo, no había wifi, no había señal para ver TV . Todo el primer piso estaba vacío (antes tenía lugar para niños y sitios para comer). Básicamente era una cama para dormir y absolutamente nada más .」

「Nice historical location. Room was clean, not hot water, AC was ok for just the bedroom, no good water pressure on bathroom. Common areas could be cleaner. Customer service answer phone right away, I recommend paid parking. Street parking very busy. 」

「I had high hopes for our stay, but I felt the advertisement did not match the experience. We stayed Monday and Tuesday, and unfortunately there were several things that left us disappointed: - The breakfast is advertised as a fresh, local breakfast, but it felt more like a basic buffet. The eggs were overly salted (my husband, who is from Puerto Rico, compared them to cafeteria school eggs), the toast was hamburger buns, and the meat was packaged sliced ham. French toast and fresh fruit were...

After traveling a long distance by plane and car, this was not the relaxing vacation we had hoped for. We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously by improving its room quality, restaurant management, customer service, and food so future guests have a much better experience.」
