Recently rated 3 stars for 4 people (capacity for 6), come and enjoy the Bourdaines beach as your garden! The 36m2 apartment (+15 m2 mezzanine) freshly renovated and facing the dune, on the first floor of a small residence with balcony and bicycle storage will offer you all the comfort necessary for a perfect vacation. Restaurants, beach huts, mini golf, children's playground, sports course, tennis court, beach, Aquaparc and shops are located around the apartment.

Reservation information:
- Upon your arrival you will have to pay the deposit worth 400 euros (check or cash which we will give you no later than 5 days after your departure).
- Cleaning fees are mandatory and to be paid on site upon arrival, they amount to 60 euros.
- Animals are allowed during your stay provided that they are up to date with their vaccinations, treated for fleas/anti-ticks and clean. Any damage and/or damage to the accommodation and the furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation as well as the presence of parasites (fleas, ticks, etc.) caused by the animal will be deducted from the security deposit.
