Duplex Villa with Pool Near Seignosse Beach and Shops

  • In Seignosse, ideally located at the foot of the wild dune and 400m from shops, this pleasant duplex patio villa is situated in a residence with a communal swimming pool. The ground floor comprises a living room with a sofa bed (130cm) and a fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a furnished terrace and an enclosed garden. There is also a shower room with a toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90cm), and a shower room with a toilet.

    NO TELEVISION IN THE LIVING ROOM! You will only have a small television upstairs in one of the bedrooms.

    The communal swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th, weather permitting and excluding scheduled annual maintenance.

    Pets are welcome: a supplement of €39 will be charged for pets.

    To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax by credit card and security deposit by credit card authorization only via a secure SWIKLY link. Optional services to arrange before arrival:

    - Sheets, towels, tea towel and bath mat: €20 per person
    - End-of-stay cleaning included in the price
    - Mini storage box: €49/week or €10/day, subject to availability.

    Villa patio in a residential area with a collective swimming pool ideally located between the beach and the shops. In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel [hidden] the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, huts with surf schools, and lifeguards who watch over you.
    Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's also the real vacation, and it's much faster to go to the market. The cycle path called La Vélodyssée crosses the whole district. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters..
    Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes with 2800 m² of pools.

very basic

We would not book this accommodation again. The location is great: it’s part of a pleasant resort just a short walk from the beach, with a relaxed atmosphere, a nice small swimming pool, and a shaded private terrace that stays cool throughout the day. The house is also spacious, and having two bathrooms was convenient. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was disappointing. The house is very basic, both bathrooms were not clean to our standards, and several items of crockery in the cupboards were still dirty. The sofa bed is extremely old and uncomfortable and should not really be advertised as a proper bed. If you’re looking for a very simple and spacious place close to the beach, it may suit your needs. However, the cleanliness and the condition of the furnishings were below our expectations, and because of that, we would not choose to stay here again.

Logement très bien placé et fonctionnel. Un peu vieillot, c’est dommage

Logement très bien placé et fonctionnel. Un peu vieillot et parfois pas entretenu , c’est dommage. On regrette juste que pendant le séjour le concierge ne nous a jamais répondu car accessoirement le lit était cassé lorsqu’on est arrivé (au niveau des lattes) et on a dormi deux jours dans un lit avec des lattes cassées ce qui n’était pas très confortable et de plus on avait pas la clé de la piscine qui manifestement avait été changée et il n y avait pas eu de mises à jour du jeu de clés . Aussi j’ai envoyé un texto au concierge mais il ne m’a jamais répondu je comprends que le dimanche il se repose mais le samedi avec de la location saisonnière, la moindre des choses est de répondre et faire en sorte de résoudre les problématiques

Résidence idéalement située mais logement rustique

Location très mal équipée en ustensiles de cuisine : prévoir d'investir 100€ dans des verres à pied, une louche neuve, une paire de ciseaux décente, un porte serviettes dans la salle de bain. Des petites choses qui augmentent le confort des locataires, et qui agacent quand elles manquent. Le logement exposé nord, très ensoleillé jusqu'à 10h, et à l'ombre le reste de la journée, nous a semblé vraiment à l'abandon, en plus d'être très vieillot. Il y a d'autres locations remises au goût du jour dans cette même résidence qui est incontestablement très agréable, calme et à deux pas de la dune.
