****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

The large private pool is ready for those hot summer days when you don't want to go to the beach or a nighttime dip in the moonlight. There is a private pier for your boat and jet skis. The owner even has provided kayaks for guest use. With an plenty of parking in the driveway and an elevator available for handicapped individuals/seniors, everyone in your family can come join the fun!

* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods. This home only rents to families and multi-family groups, no groups. Linen & Towel Rental available upon request.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 13 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
