Absolutely wonderful! The room was perfect, super clean and beautiful. The service also was perfect, the guy at the reception was very nice and kind and help us with everything! Breakfast was big and delicious!

Little Gem

Lovely stay for 1 night. Nice welcome and perfect location for visiting Ephesus, Basilica St John and the town of Selçuk. Close to many shops and restaurants. Hotel is on the hill looking at the Castle so a bit of a climb. Nice breakfast on the cute terrace.

We liked the staff, they were very helpful and friendly. The room was not clean, very tiny, loud street noise and few amenities. The breakfast was minimal at best.

Hotel Bella is budget friendly. The staff was helpful. The room was not clean. Half opened bottle of shampoo an conditioner in the shower. A very dirty cup used for toothbrushes-I think? A used soda bottle left in the corner of the room. The bed was 2 twins pushed together and it was comfortable. The sheets and blankets were made for a twin bed and put on sideways so your feet stuck out at the bottom. The blankets were rough cotton-clean but rough on our skin and with no top sheet it was uncomfortable. This place is more like a hostel.

The room was small and spartan. Hot water was only available once it had been heated by direct sunshine. Each day the excuse was that the solar heating system needed repair but hot water would be available ‘soon’. Soon coinciding with the heat of the day. The staff were friendly but only spoke Turkish seemed to be bored and smokedmost of the time. Breakfast on a good day was adequate on a bad day supplies ran out. Not expensive but really sad that they did not do what was expected of them. Location and roof deck were really nice.

There are better hotels. Bella is simple but could use a deep cleaning. The staff are somewhere between miserable and detached. There are signs of minor disrepair everywhere. Beds are fine but dont have top sheets, just a strange, thin almost towel-like blanket. Keep looking.

For the room that we stayed, part of the ceiling may lack of maintenance and flakes of ceiling paint were dropped onto the bed near our pillows! How come!! Moreover, as shown in the "facility" of Expedia, breakfast should be available at 8am. However, when we checked-in, a written notice was observed in the reception desk and changed the breakfast time to 8:30am. Unluckily we had to rush for train at about 9am and asked if the staff could provide flexible arrangement for us to enjoy breakfast a bit earlier / packed breakfast for us but of course he refused. Eventually the staff who should prepare breakfast still didn't show up when we checked-out at 8:45am! Our overall impression for the stay is largely degraded even though the terrace restaurant for breakfast place should be nice.

Öncelikle konumu çok iyiydi. Yürüyerek otogara veya çoğu yere gidebildik. Bu artı yönü. Odamız temizdi sadece çok gürültülüydü. Otelin genel ambiyansı güzeldi. Kale manzarası çok çok güzeldi. Eksi yönü ise kahvaltısı. Hiç hijyenik değildi. Malzemeler taze değildi. Ve çeşit azdı. Birde resepsiyonda bir kadın çalışan görseydik daha güvende hissedebilirdik. Ama resepsiyondaki beyefendi gayet kibardı.
