The only issue I had was the fact that I have paid for a family room so that my brother who was already in Turkey can stay with me. "The hotel has 2 wings. Arrived close to midnight and was given a room in the adjoining building where one had to cross a road amidst torrential rain. All facilities are in the main building so to eat each time you have to cross over. Not even a third of the property was occupied so no reason to place guests on the other side. Reception staff specially guy called Khalid was extremely rude and unhelpful. Had to complain to management to get a room in the main building the following morning. It got a bit better after that otherwise our holiday would have been horrible. Expedia also does not give clarity about the hotel in it's confirmation. At most a 3 star plus property!"
