讚好：整潔度、登記入住和聯絡溝通
The home is lovely, seems like new construction. It’s actually 3 bedrooms and a loft (sliding door that doesn’t close all the way). The AC also needs balanced, some of the rooms get really hot during the night. The main reason I can’t give this home a higher rating is because the beds are absolutely atrocious! The linens and bedding were terrible. The mattresses on all of the beds are so hard that I literally was unable to sleep on them. It felt like we were laying on beds of concrete. If you are going to own a short-term rental home, the #1 thing you should not cheap out on are the mattresses and bedding. If those were better, I would book this home for every football game for the next 3 years.
