"Außergewöhnliche Gastgeber. Wir waren zu Fuß unterwegs und wurden von Marjan ins nächste Dorf gefahren, um einkaufen und Abendessen zu können. Er hat uns eine Stadtrundfahrt gegeben und viel über die Gegend erzählt. Nach der Abreise hatten wir unser Essen im Kühlschrank gegessen. Es war ein Feiertag, an denen die Geschäfte geschlossen hatten. "No words can describe the calmness that you feel when exiting the front door!! Lovely surroundings, super clean and convenient! They are super friendly and the owner left a wine and home made cookies for us! We are definitely coming back!!!"

"We were given a very warm welcome from our host. The cottage is very cozy and comfortable. It has been updated and was very clean and well taken care of. It is up among grape vineyards and gardens surrounded by beautiful forested hills. The owner was very knowledgeable about the culture and area contacts. "Mooi en fijn cottage, prachtig gelegen in de heuvels met mooi uitzicht over het wijngebied. Heerlijk om tot rust te komen. Buitenruimte is ook erg mooi en fijn aangelegd met alle comfort. "

The pool and sauna made our stay more enjoyable, and we gladly used them. We really liked the location of the house - peaceful and quiet surroundings. We would gladly return to this place!"

Our tips: Grad Podsrema, Grad Brestanica, Terme Castiz, Olimnija Monastery, Zagreb, Defender Jeep Mountain trip in LJublinjana (you can book via Airnbnb), .... Don't expect any guidance of the owners/ managers."

"Ana is a great host and the location is stunning. The accommodation is rustic with a very basic kitchen and downstairs toilet but putting that aside it was great and we would be very happy to visit again."

"What can we say…the property is absolutely amazing. All you can wish for is available. The kids loved the pool, the house has airco in all the rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, Great beds…and the best of all are the hosts. They live across the street and made sure our stay was lovely! They are lovely people. The river Kolpa is reached in 10 minutes by foot and kids can swim there. Our kids loved it. For us this was a 10 out of 10!!"

"Diese Unterkunft ist der Hammer. Für einen Zwischenstop bei mehrals 1000 km mit Kindern Richtung Dalmatien und weiter optimal. Für Gespanne eher untauglich. Für Dauerurlaub nix, da zu weit weg vom Schuss.Aber sonst alles top. Leider NICHT barrierefrei."

From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We had restful, uninterrupted sleep every night, with no noise at all, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The surrounding nature is simply stunning and adds to the overall charm of the estate. We would like to extend special thanks to Rade Milović at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the important information we needed during our stay.
