“I stayed here for 1 night in Family Room because this hotel near from Asiop Football Field which my child had football competition on the next day. I was quite shocked that they charged breakfast fee to my 6 years old child (half price). I found this not usual, since i never got charged for breakfast of child under 7 years old. My older child (8 years old) is also got charged half price, but i was fine because other hotels some charged and other didnt charge. I only spent around 10 minutes……

“I like the beautiful view in the resort, it makes me feel very relaxing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Though there is no AC, it's still cool at night. Buffet breakfast is fair. One improvement is that not many facilities inside the resort, only spa and swimming pool. I would suggest to have some ball games courts and gym room. Overall, a nice place to enjoy vacation here.”

“Room is dark, feeling bad. Bath room door cannot close properly, need your hand to help while bathing...check out time in the morning around 5am, but no one at the counter, May be sleeping inside a room behind counter...”

“biscuits crumbs on the desk chair and on the floor near the main door in first room. After asked and changed to another room , the desk chair was broken this time and also with biscuit crumbs but I could just swept it easily because it was a nylon net chair. Asked for replacing the chair and was done 25 mins later and with my impatience call again on this matter at 20 mins. Breakfast asking for nearly 15 usd per day which I did not try given the experience.”
