Our stay at Hotel in 9 was fantastic! The location couldn’t be more convenient — Starbucks is right next door, and COEX Mall is within easy walking distance. The staff were outstanding, friendly, and spoke English very well, which made everything smooth and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and just the right size for two people. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful after long days out exploring Seoul. Would absolutely stay here again — great service, great location, and great value for the area. Highly recommend!

The location is absolutely everything- as the hotel is right beside metro & CoEx mall. The hotel itself is kind of unassuming, but very clean and room layout is quite cozy. They also have an adorable rooftop area which all guests can access. The staff is friendly enough, and everyone I interacted with was able to communicate in English. Highly recommend!

Good hotel in the heart of Gangnam. Lots to do locally and good places to eat. Very clean and there is a spectacular view from the rooftop garden. Also close to Metro and bus stops.

Very comfortable room -- the bed and the pillows -- I don't think I have ever slept in a more comfortable room. Loved the view of Seoul from my window. The breakfast was delicious and the views were spectacular - from 3 sides. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the days they called a taxi for me.
