Area was okay. Nothing special. Limited place to eat. Bus transportation is probably 7 to 10 mins away from the hotel. The hotel is clean. However the sink in our room was leaking. I requested a service to fix it but unfortunately, nothing was done. They never fix the leak. We didn’t call it again coz we came back at the hotel around 1am already.

The rooms were extremely dirty, especially in the bathroom. There were black mold on the wall and a very uncomfortable shower situation. There was barely any space to walk around the room and no space to even open our luggage to grab our stuff. So stuffed and cramped and there were only two of us. It was nice to have a view of the Namsan tower but the dirtiness and lack of space made the experience very frustrating.

Very quiet Hotel in downtown Seoul, easy to get to any locations. It’s like an apartment other than regular hotel. The room has a washing machine that allows me wash my clothes every day. I definitely will recommend it to anyone who wants affordable price and quality travel in central Seoul.

Great location but…
You are steps from BIFF square, close to the Jagalchi fish market, and two metro stations. Great location with tons of food options. Self check-in was easy but be aware that there is no cleaning service. Not a big deal for short stays, however, the mattress was covered in plastic which made sleeping on it uncomfortable and noisy. It also didn’t “breathe” properly because of this and got extremely hot and the sheets started smelling unfresh. I am not one to complain about beds at hotels but honestly this was the worst one I’ve ever slept on. Good economical choice with a great location but it didn’t do it for me.
