too bad, the cleaner lady 2nd day to clean up the room, they threw away my own towel, when i went to service counter to make complaint or try to see the get back my new towel, all the service counter staffs are totally not willing to serve and help, also all are no communications, when i asked, they even did not know english, their attutide seems not willing to solve my problem. then i tried to write down a message to them, finally no one solve and they pretending did not know everything, crazy.
could you pls help to chase back and asked for compensation, so poor counter services, really won't stay again. also when i asked for one more pillow to borrow, they said i need to pay? so humerous conversation, borrow pillow needs to pay ma? i never heard from other hotels. besides, very noisy of the room even i stayed at 7/F, downstair is big road, and even i can hear upper stair room walked around, no sound insulation.
