And I can't quite understand about the plunger's location, as it was placed in the corner of the bathroom, away from the user's location. Also, we wash and dry all the bedding everyday by ourselves, so there might be a little stain on it, but I can assure all of the bedding are cleaned everyday. The cleaning was done by staff named Joon himself, whom you mentioned he is nice, and I also agree that he is very careful when cleaning and managing the property's hygiene.There are over 1,000 travelers visiting our place every month. And you can see in the review that there are some complaints, but it is clear that our place is not in the bad condition like you mentioned.We provide optimal private accommodation at reasonable price, value for money.Also, I hope you have received the refund we sent to you. Thank you for your feedback. For towels and bedding, I can assure that we always collect all the towels and bedding everyday, wash and dry by ourselves. Also we always bring handy vacuum cleaner into the capsule bed and clean the bed right after check-out time. You may have found few hairs remaining, then you can request for additional cleaning, then our staff will clean the bed again immediately. Sorry for your inconvenience.

Hi, the staff who could speak Japanese has moved to other job for a while ago, however all of our staffs can support English conversation, to support most of foreign guests. I don't understand your review of 'yawning' of our staff, did he do anything rude, or not proper to you? Or was it just a mention of physical appearance? Please let us know to fix the issue. Also most of the guests come with mobile map application with no issue, but to improve the guest experience we send the direction instruction to all of our guests 1 day prior to check-in. You can read the instruction from your reservation message inbox, or your e-mail inbox. Also, the shared toilet/shower room is basic concept of most dormitory accommodation sharing with other guests. However it might be uncomfortable. The shower room aisle is shared by both gender, but as you know each shower booth and clothing room is secured with double lock. Also the bedding is always changed right after the check-out. As we are mentioning, our cleaning time is between 12:00 and 16:00, spending 4 hours everyday to keep our property and bedding clean. Also we wash and dry pillow cover, bed sheets(linens) and blankets by ourselves everyday. However if you still have felt uncomfortable, you can ask our staff anytime to change bedding. You might not have experienced nice hospitality meeting your expectation. However to offer the accommodation with reasonable price, less than USD 20, or less than JPY 2,000, we had to optimize our service and space. Sorry for your inconvenience.
