「Not clean, no butter in the breakfast time!」

「Ive stayed here quite a few times, and you’re definitely getting what you pay for! Most recently, we had to change rooms because the cleanliness was below bare minimum. Staff was kind as usual, and changed our room immediately. There were 5+ burn holes in the “smoke free” room on the duvet cover, which also was covered in stains.
