"服務人員很親切，有機器可自助辦理入住，但我是選擇直接櫃檯辦理，也是熱情幫忙辦理 (因之前有些會請客人到機器自助辦理)。"

"員工非常親切，已不是第一次入住當我辦理入住手續時，店員突然用中文跟我說「歡迎回來」(店員是日本人)，太驚喜了，真的是很溫馨的飯店，超推！"

"各方面都還不錯 大廳有提供請酒和咖啡暢飲 環境悠閒 但感覺的到飯店年紀大了 沒有重新裝修 可惜戶外溫泉設施池子太小 晚上有桌球室但空間味道很不舒服 有些空間也有怪味 應該是地毯太舊"

"The room design is exactly how we want our house to be like. Very cozy, harmonising colours, and clean. The hotel is full of wood elements. We would definitely want to come back and spend the whole day here, may be do some reading or self work. The staff here are friendly and helpful!"

"Just across the street to JR station, pier is just under the hotel, super convenient. Walkable distance to local temple and main shopping street. Seaview provided. Even have free massage chair provided. Only problem is the Wi-Fi is weak. Staff are nice and friendly. "

" Very nice equipped and clean room. Some little considerate things, like umbrella, was very helpful. I also liked they chose wooden floor. Felt much cleaner than carpet ones. Close to the center of Onomichi, so it was easy to find places to eat or shop. The communication with staffs was smooth, and the check-in instructions were pretty clear. • Kitchen area was small, but I didn't cook during my stay so cannot really comment it."

"一人住真的空間超大 ，每天可從窗外看到福岡城的日夜景色，只可惜，被安排在二樓，無法選擇高樓層全覽福山城。早餐美味服務人員很熱心，迎賓飲料選項多，供應到晚上11：00，盥洗沐浴用品種類多，自由挑選。面對車站交通便利，來到福山最佳住宿選擇。"
