「Everything was perfect and for a budget holiday is was better than expected. Be prepared for the labelling of food not to be the best. The spa was great and good value. Remember to use euros instead of lira as they convert it backwards. They'll always offer euro first. The food varieties was perfect. My only thing is cats! 「Staff at hoel were very helpful and polite, room clean and spacious hovever the balcony was very small and our room got next to no sun. Food amazing and definalty recommend the hotel. The only downside was kids running about in the resturant and main bar every day which was dangerous. I personally dropped a plate full of food with a kid running into me with the parents very rude when you spoke to them about it! Overall great stay.」

The internet and Wi-Fi were absolutely terrible throughout our stay, which made it very difficult to stay connected. Communication was also a challenge, as most of the staff either did not speak English or spoke very limited English. 「I rarely leave a review, but I felt I had to warn others. I checked in and witnessed three power cuts while standing at the front desk. The room had the worst, most inefficient air conditioning I have ever experienced, and it cut out during each power cut. The room became unbearably hot, which ruined my sleep for all three nights. I was told a technician would attend to fix it, but no one ever appeared. To make matters worse, I was placed in a corridor with a football team—around 50 young men...

「Very nice and helpful staff. Relaxing environment. Plenty of food choices throughout the day. Will be better if shuttle to and from sightseeing areas can be provided. Souvenir shop prices are reasonable. Transportation to airport is reliable but little bit pricy. Great Seaview.」

「The hotel offered great activities, and the food was really good. However, unfortunately, the room let the experience down. There was a strong damp, musty smell, and the wall had extensive peeling paint and damaged plaster, with visible signs of possible water damage. As the shower was directly on the other side of the wall, I was concerned about potential water ingress or an underlying damp problem. It was disappointing to find the room in this condition, as I would expect a better standard...
