Pleasant apartment located inside an ancient country house. It is located 6 km from Pistoia and 35 km from Florence and Lucca. Ideal for relaxing in the swimming pool surrounded by olive trees, but also for visiting the Tuscan cities of art: Florence, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena.
It consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Outside, under a veranda, there is a table with chairs.

The entire property is beautiful. It's beautifully situated with a fantastic view of the Tuscan countryside. The apartment itself is tastefully furnished in Tuscan style and very clean! The dishes and cutlery were also impeccable, so you could start cooking right away without having to wash the kitchen or pots. The pool is fantastic. It's also very clean, well-maintained, and stylishly designed. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly, and any questions or problems (forgotten keys in the apartment) are dealt with quickly, courteously, and in a friendly manner. The location is a bit remote from the main town, but that's not a disadvantage (peace and nature); only nervous drivers might get a few beads of sweat on the narrow road when encountering oncoming traffic. But in our opinion, the stay there is definitely worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We did not enjoy our stay here. It’s located in the middle of nowhere - on a very narrow windy road that’s not big enough for two way traffic and lots of blind corners. Unless you eat in, you have to drive the road. The other negative is that there is no mention of steps. To get from the bedroom to bathroom there are 5 stairs, then you walk thru the kitchen. At night it’s not easy. The pool area is nice, but full of bees that bite and mosquitoes. The kitchen area is very minimal. I sent messages to the host while there and received no replies. The bed is very hard. English is not spoken. It was very hot, and they said it would be an extra 10 euro a day, even though it’s not mention in the description. We left 3 nights early with no refund.

Mein schönster Besuch in der Toskana - Definitiv wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung und Lage war wunderschön, sehr sauber, wunderschön gelegen und einem Überblick über die Toskana, die seines Gleichen sucht. Der Pool war sehr angenehm, sauber und besonders gut temperiert. Herr und Frau Lotti sind sehr nette, freundliche und zuvorkommende Menschen, das Olivenöl, welches auf dem Hof hergestellt wird ist herausragend. Ich und meine Partnerin werden definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank an Herr und Frau Lotti es war wunderbar! :)

Tolle Gastgeber, Wetter, Wohnung und Umgebung

Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Bis auf die Käfer, die wir alle nach draußen beförderten war der Aufenthalt insgesamt eine 9/10. Die Strecke mit dem Auto zur Unterkunft ist etwas eng und bei Gegenverkehr kompliziert zu befahren, aber die Angelegenheit unterstreicht die Schönheit der Natur und der Landschaft..Meine Empfehlung an meine Eltern geht raus.

Herrliche Lage mit Blick auf die weite Ebene von Pistoia und Florenz und die grünen Berge. Sehr gepflegt + sauber mit schönen Pflanzen. Vom Pool und der Loggia der Traum-Ausblick! Auch die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nette, zurückhaltende, freubdliche Vermieter, immer erreichbar. Alles perfekt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir sind sehr spontan in die Toskana gefahren und haben zum Glück diese wunderschöne Ferienwohnung gefunden. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist im toskanischemStil eingerichtet. Pool mit grandioser Aussicht bis Florenz zwischen Olivenbäumen, alles sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr herzlich eingeladen.Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca und Florenz(Tips Florenz mit dem Zug von Pistoia) in ca. 1 Stunde machbar. Auch Pistoia ist sehenswert, gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.,ok... mit E-Bike😅Wir haben problemlos eine Woche verlängert. Danke für die schöne Zeit.,wir kommen wieder. Manu und Sebastian

Perfect stay

We couldn't have a better stay in Tuscany! The property is beautiful, has everything you need and is clean. The surrounding is perfect and the pool & view amazing. Would definitely recommend to stay here!!!

Relaxing stay in a beautiful setting

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay - beautiful views, great location outside the town of Pistoia. The surroundings are magnificent and the pool was perfect. Highly recommend.
