「The view is exceptional, absolutely outstanding, very beautiful. The only blemish for me was that the carpets were drenched, wet, and there was no hot water. In their defense I have to say though that there were very peculiar weather days preceding our stay there. Heavy rain in mid winter which is totally outside the norm and unheard of, and very cold days, even when we arrived it was still bitterly cold. 「The pool and gardens were immaculate and my family room was very clean and comfortable. On arrival the key would not open the door lock. It took 40 slow minutes to have it repaired and then he asked for a tip !! I wish there was a power point near the bed so I could have my phone charging while in use. 「The property was absolutely beautiful, well run and staff were great, the rooms are stunning. My issue wasn’t with the property but with the map on Expedia, it implies the property is very near the entrance to the park and the dot was not in the right place, it was a very long and dust road! So we were a little disappointed on the way there but we were happy when we eventually got there. If I’d known where it was when I booked this wouldn’t have bothered us」
