fireplace. Enjoy the airy spaciousness, soaring ceiling, stunning views, and a flood of natural light
through the wall of windows.

You can watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 42” ROKU TV, accessing popular
streaming channels using your own log-ins.

The living room flows easily onto the patio, where the seating provides an extension of the living
room. The outdoor amenities, include both a lower-level covered patio and an upper-level covered
deck.

Gather the group on comfortable seating around the lower-level’s outdoor fireplace. Stretch out in the
hammock. Take a spin in the swinging egg chair. Have a blast playing rousing yard games – corn
hole, ring toss, and ladder toss. Kiddos will love romping in the yard. You’ll also find the gas grill in
this area.

cold beverages, indulge in snacks, and play board games. Take a peek through the telescope for
stargazing and an even better view.

Back inside, continue the gaming fun in the game room with pool table, board games, Giant Connect
4, darts, and Scrabble. Enjoy beverages at the bistro table for 2, along with popcorn from the popcorn
machine. You’ll have easy access to the lower patio from here.

At mealtime, prep and cook your best culinary creations in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen
with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher – along
with a toaster-oven/air fryer. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops and kitchen island,
along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you
need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.

Grab your morning hot beverage from the coffee bar with both regular drip and Keurig coffeemakers,
along with electric kettle, selection of teas, and coffee/tea supplies.

Dine at the large table that includes both cushy banquette seating and chairs, seating a total of 12,
