Tucked into the heart of the Smoky Mountains, All Fun & Games is a next-level cabin escape that lives up to its name—and then some. With a one-of-a-kind indoor pool, a loaded game room, a private theater, and epic views from three spacious decks, this place is an entertainment paradise for all ages.
Start your mornings soaking up mountain views from the hot tub or sipping coffee on the deck before heading into town—you're just a short drive from Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. But with so much to do at home, you might never want to leave.
Inside, a sprawling open-concept living area welcomes your group with cozy seating, gorgeous hardwood floors, and a large dining table for sharing meals and making memories. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, including a massive island for gathering around snacks or cocktails.
Downstairs is where the real fun begins: shoot hoops in Hoop Fever, race in Overdrive, challenge your crew to air hockey, Skee-Ball, pool, and arcade games—all with stunning views in the background. Cap off your nights in your private theater room, complete with a huge screen and true cinema seating.
When it's time to rest, six beautifully appointed bedrooms offer plenty of space to spread out, each with its own private bath and cozy touches. Central air and heat throughout, convenient laundry, and ample parking add all the comforts of home.
Whether you're here for thrills, chill time, or a bit of both, All Fun & Games is your mountain base camp for unforgettable moments.

If you love spending time in nature, staying active, and celebrating wildlife, a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains is a must. Located along the Tennessee/North Carolina border and home to the country's most visited national park, the Smokies provide over 800 miles of hiking trails, rivers, and a good chance at a black bear sighting. The ancient mountains invite you to connect with one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world and walk among century-old trees. Talk about a step back in time!

Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please have a 4WD or AWD vehicle and also carry chains. Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and will require these.
Parking Details:
- Driveway parking is available for 7 cars.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
