Step into the spacious and inviting living room where comfort and style come

together perfectly. This room is dominated by two plush 3-person couches,

perfect for lounging and taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding

mountains through the large, floor-to-ceiling windows. A cozy stone gas

fireplace provides a warm and welcoming focal point, perfect for chilly

mountain evenings spent snuggled up with a good book or watching a favorite

movie on the large flat-screen TV. With its open floor plan and abundant

natural light, this living room is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after

exploring the great outdoors.



Kitchen/ Dining Room:

Step into the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking delicious meals with

your loved ones. The room is illuminated by natural light pouring in through

the large windows and is filled with top-of-the-line stainless steel

appliances, making mealtime a breeze. A spacious island with four rustic bar

stools provides additional seating and counter space, perfect for casual

dining or meal preparation. A coffee maker and all the necessary cookware and

utensils are provided, ensuring you have everything to whip up a delicious

breakfast or dinner. The adjacent dining room table has seating for twelve,

making it the perfect space to gather for family meals or special occasions.

Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.



Game Room:

The fun and exciting game room is the perfect spot to let loose and have fun

with friends and family. The room has a full-size pool table and shuffleboard,

where you can challenge one another to a game or two. A plush 3-person sofa

sleeper couch provides a comfortable spot to take a break and rest your eyes

and provides additional sleeping space for guests at night. A large flat-

screen TV hangs on the wall, perfect for watching your favorite sports team or

movie. A half-kitchen area is available to stock your favorite snacks and

drinks so you can fuel up for your next gaming session. Additionally, an

arcade game table has a selection of arcade games, including classic favorites

and modern hits, ensuring that there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The outdoor space is an oasis of serenity that perfectly complements the

natural beauty of the surrounding mountains. Step out onto the deck, where you

can enjoy a meal prepared on the gas grill while taking in the breathtaking

views of the surrounding mountains. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars, or

lounge in a comfortable rocking chair and soak up the peaceful atmosphere.



Location/ Roads / Parking:

This cabin is conveniently accessible for both motorcycles and vehicles. While

the route includes some curvy and steep sections, it's manageable for all

types of vehicles. There is ample level parking available for up to 5

vehicles. Located just 15 minutes from the breathtaking Smoky Mountains, 25

minutes from Pigeon Forge, and 40 minutes from Gatlinburg, it's ideally

situated. You'll also find nearby essentials at Dollar General, Kroger, and

Food City. With this fantastic location, you'll be just a short drive away

from all the attractions downtown Pigeon Forge offers.

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.
