The grass near the mini golf was over grown so my kids didnt get to go over there and play with that part. The hot tub water was not clear looking at all and left my hair and skin feeling nasty. The porches also had alot of spider webs and even a small hornet's nest. But i will say the kids absolutely loved the games in the house and there was alot of places to sleep and enough blankets and i appreciated that they had things for a toddler as in high chair and baby gates and utensils.

Short stay with family
Overall we had a great stay. The cabin was clean, had plenty of blankets and tableware, although there is only 3 of us. Our family enjoyed the games each night and slept in comfortable beds. Our only disappointment was the hot tub didnt appear to be working correctly. We notified the owner immediately and he walked us through attempting to fix it. It took over 48 hours to heat up so we were only able to use it our last night and it was only 100 degrees. The jets were barely bubbling and not all of them worked, which my husband and I did feel like was being ignored. In the end the owner stated he would include how long the warm up time is for the hot tub in the listing so others wont be disappointed. ourhignored.attempting

Arrived at the cabin after an 12 hr drive excited to enjoy the hot tub. But showed up and it was freezing cold. Contacted rental company and they sent a tech the next day, he Said it will take 24-48 to heat up. The hot tub should have been hot when they knew guess were checking in. The rental company’s compensation for this problem was a slap in the face. They literally didn’t care. Texting sorry means nothing when your kids are all disappointed. The cabin was full of cobwebs , the grounds had trash everywhere. Extremely disliked our stay. I will never rent from Avada properties again!!!!!!! And I will tell as many people as possible so they don’t have their time ruined either. So many rental choices, this rental company should be ashamed how they had the hot tub off. Then how they didn’t compensate properly.

Amazing property!
We absolutely loved the house! It was close to the parkway and all the action in Pigeon Forge but was a great reprieve from the hustle and bustle. It was a beautiful cabin in the woods that had everything we could possibly need including firewood for a campfire. With 3 floors and lots of outdoor space, there was plenty of room for everyone to get a little alone time. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners were available to answer questions and provide info on area attractions. It is probably one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at and would definitely visit again. The only downside is the sulfur smell of the water. I would recommend bringing bottled water.
