- 2 Bed, 2 Bath, with queen beds. House has wrap around porch on a large lot with fenced in yard. Private and in a quiet safe neighborhood. 2 car garage covered carport. Very clean with fresh paint, Living area is cozy with fireplace and additional patio room for entertaining or extra sleeping with 2 twins and 2 futons. Kitchen has new appliances with full tools for cooking meals. Direct TV in living room. Bedrooms and patio room have internet sticks for your favorite streaming.
Outside is so chill with a view of the mountains and partial view of Douglas Lake. Enjoy your brand-new hot tub. House has access to boat launch and dock for your boat and jet skis in summer months. Brand new Electric vehicle charger installed. Less than 10m to shopping, gas and food. 15 min to Dollywood, 20 min to Pigeon Forge and 30 min to Gatlinburg. High Speed Wi fi. Summer months you can rent boats and skis from local rental companies on Douglas Lake convenient for renting this property. Work desk with high speed and printer.
