Brand new almost 6000 sqft 7BR built in 2020 + Heated private indoor pool + Theater + Game room, 10 BA sleeps 32 in beds (Maximum of 40 humans allowed and 4 dogs under 20 lb. each ... larger dogs allowed with proof they are for therapy), at the top of the mountain for spectacular 360 degree views (for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets) mountain and valley views with two private back decks facing woods and ridge tops. It has a huge heated swimming pool, in an entirely separate building (aka “The Birdbath”) attached to the main house by the back deck for private access. It has FOUR decks facing valleys and mountains.

It has a full eat-in-kitchen that seats 30, laundry, huge game room/arcade that can’t be beat, WiFi, hot tub, an electric fireplace in the great room, charcoal grills outside, with a neighborhood wedding chapel and reception facility. Eagles’ Spread Lodge is a newly constructed beautiful 7 bedroom (each with a private bathroom) log cabin that’s perched on a hill providing spectacular views of the valley below as well as the surrounding mountains and rolling forest lands. It’s secluded from the noise and traffic in probably the most desirable destination neighborhood in the area, yet a very short drive away from everything you could ever want to do in this area. It has 4 large private balconies. The 2 in the back give everyone plenty of space to enjoy the serenity of this private wooded and mountainous setting, complete with 3 double swings and 12 rocking chairs for your relaxation, and 2 picnic tables for outside dining. The 2 front decks feature 2 more double swings and 2 benches to enjoy the gorgeous views and sunsets in that direction. In fact EVERY ROOM in this magnificent cabin has an incredible view!

The first floor has a 14 seat theater (with a full bathroom) complete with a theater-like Surround sound system, and Blu-ray DVD player; and a huge game room (with a half bathroom) with all championship quality games of 8′ slate billiards table, 8′ air hockey table, 9′ shuffleboard table, foosball, Nascar race driving game*, a 4-player thousand game multi-arcade system, and it also has flippers to play virtual pinball games, and a pub/card table for tons of family fun and laughs together. Outside has 2 charcoal grills, and a hot tub as well. The cabin has a large flat screen TV in each room. Every TV in this lodge is a 4K Ultra HD (2160p) HDR Roku/Smart TV!

Next door is the incredible pool house with a heated 12'x24' pool( and a half bathroom)! Just outside the pool house is the large 7-person hot tub with privacy screen on the back deck over-looking the mountains. While the kids are having their own fun in the pool house, the guys can be enjoying the game-room/man-cave in complete peace and quiet, without the humidity, noise, and even musty smells associated with so many pools built in cabin basements. This game list includes all your favorites such as '80s & '90s arcade games and many sports & adventure games as well … all on a 55″ screen!

There are few cabins in front or behind this cabin (to provide an unobstructed view of the mountains with no other cabins obstructing). It’s just you and Mother Nature here … yet you are close to everything! We are on a community water and sewer system, so no worries there. This cabin is located just a few miles off the main parkway of Pigeon Forge, within short driving distance to many shows and restaurants, and only minutes from Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and all the fun that Pigeon Forge and The Smokies has to offer. While this location provides privacy and seclusion, it also has the benefit of providing multiple short driving routes to all area attractions, which is helpful to avoid high traffic areas. This property has everything you could want for your relaxation and entertainment, so you really might not ever want to leave. There is parking space (for trucks, RVs, vans, buses, … at least 11 cars), so why not your friends and relatives meet here for some good times together?

This 2-story cabin has 4 ensuite bedrooms (#1-4), a great room, and eat-in kitchen upstairs, with a front and back deck. It has 3 ensuite bedrooms (#5-7), a theater room with full bathroom, game room with half bathroom downstairs, and a front and back deck. The downstairs deck has access to the hot tub, and the pool house with half bathroom next door.

Guest may pay $5/person/day at the wedding chapel office for use of the Black Bear Ridge community outdoor pool. Guests may also enjoy the Pigeon Forge community center outdoor pool with slide and spray feature, indoor heated pool, walking track, aerobics, racquetball, volleyball and basketball courts, bowling, childcare, etc., all for a low daily fee.

Fishermen may want to bring their boat, and take the family to the beautiful Douglas Dam Headwaters Campground and Park. It has a ramp, swimming beach and day use dock, on one of Tennessee’s finest bass fishing lakes, host of the Bass Master’s Elite tournament, and complete with a beach for family swimming fun.

- For your safety, the outside of the cabin is monitored by video/audio recording equipment.
*Guest must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 12 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
- A second cleaning fee will be collected after booking for stays over 2 weeks, and for checkouts on Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
- Building, resort, HOA and/or COA amenities are not guaranteed to be open during your stay.
- Check-in time is after 6:00 P.M. local time. In some instances, access to your unit may be unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. There will be no discounts offered due to a late check-in. Your patience will be appreciated in these circumstances. If you arrive after 4:00 P.M. and see that the unit is ready (it usually will be), you may begin your stay for no extra charge.
